In addition to the communications function, provided administrative support to the Sr. Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary for ATK.
• Executive assistant responsibilities include domestic and international travel arrangements and reconciliation of expenses. Schedule and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings. Manage and track budget for the department.
• Communications coordinator responsibilities include:
– Marketing: coordinating and managing advertising process with outside advertising agency, including designing ads, approval of ads and budget tracking.
– Internal communications: manage, edit and distribute online newsletter and broadcast messages to all 18,000 employees. Provide support in creating PowerPoint presentations, and create flyers/posters for other departments outside the communications function.
– Multi-media: developed format for communicating Webstats; manage image content for online image gallery; monitor, review and recommend changes to intranet and internet sites.
