Patria Lawton - Events Coordinator
Patria Lawton is the events coordinator for the Defense Alliance of Minnesota, and a key facilitator for the membership. She has an extensive background in executive level business communications, including marketing, college level instruction, and consulting for Fortune 100 companies.
Pat is the Marketing Coordinator for Minnesota Wire, and is an Adjunct Professor at Normandale Community in Minneapolis.
Pat has an M.B.A. from Augsburg College, an M.A. in Communications from Bethel University and a B.A. in Communications and English (with an emphasis in rhetoric) from Gustavus Adolphus College.
Pat was a co-awardee of the 2007 Veterans Small Business Champion of the Year Award, and was the 2009 Instructor of the Year at the Minnesota School of Business, where she taught business communications for several years.
